Is this the correct spelling for "My darling/My love"?

I believe it's original meaning is 'My pulse' though...correct me if I'm wrong sweatdrop

Literally "mo chuisle" does mean "my pulse."
If you were talking to somebody, you would usually say "a chuisle" to them, in the sense of saying "my darling." E.g. "Cén chaoi a bhfuil tú, a chuisle?"
You could also say "a stór", "a ghrá", or "a rún" etc.
I think "Mo chuisle" is actually used when talking about a person, rather than to them. Eg. Is é mo chuisle - He is my darling.
