Hard to say though. Q is still going to be "consulting", and consultants can be a real PAIN in the a**. Either they (a) know what can be done but not what SHOULD be done, or (b) they insist on doing what should be done even when told (truthfully I may add) that is plain un-doable.
The only real change here is who we curse and swear at whenever something stupid happens I guess (okay, so this is probably the worst-case scenario, but I've already been conditioned to expect no more that that).
