Ok my fellow members of the guild, I have created a forum in chatterbox to help recruit people into the guild. Now I am not always online in the morning at my time, where alot of you are, and I would greatly appreciate help with this.
Now what I have set up is not only to recruit, but discuss our guild with people not in it, but be sure not to give everything away, just a few things we plan, like maybe bringing in the vizards to have their own subforums, and the fact that we have captain seats open, and Espada seats still open.
We want to try and get people to join, but don't force them, just remind them that they are more than welcome to join, and we would be happy to have them in the guild.
We also want to remind them that this is a role play guild, and we also want to warn them that if they don't get a captains seat, or an espada seat, that they must still join a squad, or become an arrancar, or even a bounto, we still need more of them.
All members of the guild are more than welcome to come and help out, just remember not to force them to join, don't be an a*****e, and try to be nice about it, don't tell any of them to join your specific squad, or to join a specific side when the join, this will scare people off.

Whoa! you have Espada positions? wait question does that mean if I were to attain an Espada seat will I be working for Aizen?

No our story is based after the Espada took control. so if your an Espada no matter what number your in charge, but the only one above you is the 1 Espada. He took Aizens place.

Oh that is awesome but i was also wondering since you mentioned that is it all right to have my arrancar character in this guild? He's a former espada not one of three digits but an outcast of Las Noches surviving on cannabalism to survive but finds out to have a weird ability to give birth to the hollow he has eaten. I know its a weird ability and whats even weirder is that my character is a male 0-0

Are there positions for OC Fraccion?
Because I have an OC called Prosperpine[She's one of my go-to OC's] and I NORMALLY have her set as something like
Prosperpine is Ulquiorra's fraccion. She has navy blue hair, and green eyes. Her hollow mask is a pair of cat ears and a tail to move about freely much like a cat's behavior. Not many, excluding the espada, Aizen, Gin, and Tousen, know of how she came to be Ulquiorra's fraccion. For those who do know, she was personally trained by Aizen when she was human, and her powers and strengths carried over when she killed herself and eventually became an arrancar. Aizen had given Prosperpine to Ulquiorra for he knew he'd treat her in a good way, and he thought it as a token of appreciation. Upon reciving Prosperpine, Ulquiorra was somewhat surprised to find out that she was infact different from the others as she always said. She was never blood thirsty, but calm and collected. When they went for their first mission together, he noticed how she fought with a pair of sai instead of one sword. That day she had her hair up in a ponytail, and the hollow hole that was on her stomach,suddenly healed shut, and reappeared in the same location as his own. Over time, Prosperpine has shown her real colors in fight. Her powers are what she calls nothing but "A gift". In battle, it is only somewhat useful. Her powers deal with emotions. Instead of seeing reiatsu, she can sniff it in the air, but their aura changes color to their emotions. She can sometimes collect and absorb surronding "emotion particles", a particle similar to reiatsu, and then release it as a binding spell, only effective on humans. She can only hold it for a small amount of time, but it gives her enough time to captire or kill the target. She likes to talk to Szayel a lot, because he gives her a pat on the back, and tells her that her powers are amazing and that he wouldn't even test on her. Her relationships around Las Noches and Hueco Mundo differ. When in Hueco Mundo, she likes to find Gillian and call them things like "PIXIE BOOT WEARING PANSIES!" then kill them. She is mainly friends with everyone in Las Noches, but she seems to follow Ulquiorra's foot steps like a small dog, calling Grimmjow trash. She has tried being a fraccion to Szayel before she was given to Ulquiorra, but it went to dust the second she bet Lumina and Verona. She had to eat small crystals and gems which constrict her power for about 3 hours, unless she ate another to cancel the constrictor crystals which is a hassle on her body. She was immediatly stripped of all titles, becoming an "ex-fraccion" then even being stripoped of that title, "lost" as a mere arrancar for about 3 months, when she was forgotten about, and then presented to Ulquiorra.
That's all I can remember about her as far as EVERYTHING just to make sure I wouldn't be stepping over the boundaries. I also decreased what she can normally do, as I normally have her the strongest living thing in Hueco Mundo, and her powers are much much more ^^"

There are about 5 Vizards hidden around the guild, You need to do some researching, If you find them all, Then you can actually become one
