~ Soul Reapers Of The Seireitei ~
(Absolutely must be followed)
1. Follow the Gaia Terms of Service. Especially the fourth section, titled "Prohibited Conduct".
Although it is listed in the ToS, we must remind you:
•Do not Stalk, Harass, Threaten, or Defraud other Gaia Members.
•Do not Post or send any illegal, unsafe, racist, disrespectful, pornographic or otherwise innapropriate or offensive content.
•Do not Impersonate another Gaian or make attempts to access their account without permission (this includes hacking).
•Do not Bot gold or items or Script with the intention of interfering with the function of Gaia or any other Gaian's account (this also means scripting in order to harm someone or their account in any way).
2. Treat all members with respect. Yes, this is mandatory aswell.
•Behave yourself at all times. Do not tease others or put them down. Rule #1 should explain this perfectly.
•You do not need to like the person, however you do need to be fair and courteous at all times. Even when they are not.
•Be fair and do not single others out due to personal grudges or opinion. Everyone is equal - even if you think they shouldn't be.
3. Stay Active. This guild needs interest and activity to thrive.
•Post on a daily basis if you can, or at the least a few times a week.
•Always try to encourage others to get involved.
•Post in the Absencies thread if you cannot make it online for an extended amount of time, or for an important event.
•Talk to the Captains and Lieutenants! Find out what more you can do in the Soul Reapers Of The Seireitei.
• Punishment for failure to follow this Rule/Guideline = No Punishment, however inactive members will be PM'ed and/or removed from the Guild when the Memberlist next gets cleaned out.

~ Soul Reapers Of The Seireitei Guidelines~
(Follow these if you want to be happy and respected - and even if you don't - you should follow these to avoid punishment.)
1. During meetings, events, weddings, etc, pay attention and behave.
•No out of line behavior.
•No making insults or disrupting the meeting.
•No destructive comments.
•Wear the specific uniform for the event. (A Link will be made here, pointing to the Guild's Meeting Uniform Thread - once it is up.)
•You represent your Squad and the Guild, and as such you have responsibility. Act accordingly.
2. If you decide not to be in the Guild anymore, which will always be your choice, notify a Captain so that they can properly remove you from the Guild.
•If, at a later time, you decide to return, you will need to join the Guild the way you originally should have - by applying and having the chance to get accepted into the Guild and a Squad.
•If you have contributed any systems or ideas to the Guild which you would like to withdraw when you leave, let us know and we will make the necessary changes. It is your intellectual property, after all.
•If you would like any of your posts or threads deleted, for any reason, please discuss it with a Captain before you leave.
• Punishment for failure to follow this Rule/Guideline = No Punishment, however inactive members will be PM'ed and/or removed from the Guild when the Memberlist next gets cleaned out.
3. You may also be in other Guilds, so long as it does not adversely affect your position or activity in the Gotei Elite.
•If you want to be in multiple Guilds, that is your choice, however please remember that in order to maintain activity and your rank in this guild, you need to have enough time for it.
•If you are a Crew Member in another Guild, it is not recommended that you become a Crew Member in this one, however if you believe it will not affect your involvement with the Gotei Elite, it is acceptable.
• Punishment for failure to follow this Rule/Guideline = No Punishment, however inactive members will be PM'ed and/or removed from the Guild when the Memberlist next gets cleaned out.
4. During Spars and Roleplays, you may be given advice or a request from a Captain. This could be that you have made an error in your posts or that you have done something against the rules. Sometimes it may even be their friendly advice to help avoid problems.
•Do not react negatively to this advice. If you believe it was given in an inappropriate or offensive manner, please speak with the Head Captain (Guild Leader) about it.
•Please obey (to the best of your ability) the request which you were given. If it was simply friendly advice, then it is up to you. Please ask specifically if the request is mandatory or simply advice.
5. Wait your turn during meetings and allow others to speak their turn out until they are finished.
•If you believe you are not getting your turn, or are being unfairly silenced or ignored, please speak or whisper to the Meeting Leader and declare your situation.
•Even if it is the Meeting Leader you believe is being unfair, you should still let them know. It is a Meeting Leader's job to maintain fairness and justice throughout the meeting.
•If you believe you are not being treated fairly in the meeting, but the Meeting Leader believes you are, then do your best to compromise. Perhaps originally you wanted to speak right away, but you could compromise to speak after the current speaker.
•"So long as peace is kept, a compromise is a small price."
6. All Topics to be Posted in the Main Hall must be approved by a Captain first.
• Please contact a Captain before posting a topic within the Main Hall/Main Forum of this guild through PM, Rally, or otherwise. This is to keep the Main Hall organized and all of the important topics kept within easy view. Thank you.
• Punishment for failure to follow this Rule/Guideline = No Punishment, however if the post breaks any other Rules/Guidelines, the associated punishments will be given.
