A quick dictionary for the terms used in the RP. Post any additions you may have! I'll start us off.

Fire Emblem: Another name for Lehran's Medallion, where the Goddess of Chaos, Yune, was imprisoned. Anyone who doesn't have the forces of Order and Chaos balanced in their hearts goes beserk if they touch it.

Thousand-Year Judgement: Ashera agreed to sleep for one thousand years in exchange of the promise that the Beorc and Laguz would not cause a continent-wide war in that time. She would punish them for failure as she would reward their success. The continent made it about 812 years before the war between the Laguz Allience and Begnion spread throughout the continent.

Petrified: Another word for being turned to stone, Ashera's punishment of her Thousand-Year Judgement.

Beorc: The "Children of Wisdom," also known as humans. They use weapons and magic when fighting, and rule Crimea, Daein, and Begnion.

Laguz: The "Children of Strength." Some Beorc call them "sub-humans." They are capable of shifting into animal form and are divided into different tribes.

Beast Tribe: Cat, Tiger, Lion, and Wolf Laguz. The Cats, Tigers, and Lions are in Gallia, and the Wolves reside in Hatari.

Bird Tribe: Hawk, Raven, and Heron Laguz. The Hawks live in Phoenecis, the Ravens rule Kilvas, and the Herons (formerly) in Serenes Forest.

Dragon Tribe: The Red, White, and Black Dragons who live in the neutral country of Goldoa.

Serenes Massacre: The genocide of the Herons, save the Royal Family, when the Begnion Senate framed them for the assassination of Misaha, the former Apostle of Begnion. The forest was burned as well.

Branded: One who has both Beorc and Laguz blood in their ancestry. They look like normal Beorc, but their skin is marked with their Brand, signaling the Laguz blood in them. Their life span is also much longer than a Beorc's, depending on the Laguz blood they have. Known as Half-Breeds by Beorc and Parentless by Laguz.

The Survivors: The small group who survived a second Petrifying light. They want nothing more than to find the cause of the light and to save the continent from it.
