I think the easiest thing for me to do is energy manipulation. I tend to absorb excess energy around me and have to release it periodically through out the day, otherwise I end up agitated and tense. This energy is mainly life energy from my family, who I am around constantly.
I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about energy conversion though, because I tend to pick up on electrical energies too. I personally think it's kind of odd because I shouldn't be able to absorb and hold electrical energy...should I? So does it convert to life energy or something? I also found I could dump excess life energy into electrical things if need be.
Just looking for answers. Questions, commentary, and input are welcome.

They are pretty much the same thing they just have a different feel to them and a different composition but at there core they aren't very different

"Energy" is kind of an abstract term anyway. Even the definition is vague: "the ability to do work."
Science tells us that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only changed. That indicates to me that it's all the same thing, just changing forms.
