A few weeks ago my brother, myself, and his friend were outside around 2 in the morning, as always it was dark but something really stood out. Around one of my trees a 2 foot white orb appeared, starting to move slowly toward where my dog is buried. I myself stepped up to the railing, asking it to touch one of use or knock to let it know he/she was there. Moments later my brother's friend got touched. As I looked back to where I had last seen the orb it had already disappeared. I then asked it to follow us inside if it was still there, sure enough it was. While we were down stairs in the dark my brother pointed out a tall black mass standing by my cousin's treadmill.
Logical Explanation or are we just crazy? Post what you think!

It probably is a ghost, although you cant always tell. Like you said though, it was dark for when the shadowy figure was near the treadmill, so it could of been one of your shadows. I'm not too sure after the friend got touched though. So it could be a spirit, but it could be just your imaginations.
