I'm a little fuzzy on how the guild is working this out, so I'm posting this thread in the hopes to clear my confusion and possibly some other people's confusions.
I ask that crew members and people in charge of managing the costume items come here at least on a weekly basis to clear up some questions members have.
All members are welcome to come here and post questions they have.

From how I understand it, there are several mules and a few trusted members that are charged with the management of certian costume items.
Certian high value items are put on the marketplace to raise funds to get new costume materials for future use and cheap items are gotten rid of by selling them back to the store for half price.
What I'd like to know is if I've got this idea straight, and if people in charge are allowed to post a list of the items they have.
I have a store here that sells Hogwarts stuff, and I would gladly trade Harry Potter Cosplay sets to the guild for certian items. If the guild would post a list of items they are trying to trade off, I would gladly trade Harry Potter costumes for the Very Potter Musical production for certian items.
