What Happened To The CW Guild, 'Miss'? x.x

I took a break from FlyFF because I got way too addicted too it, and I come back to see my guild, Miss, in the CW server dead! D:
What happened to it? Does anyone know? ; - ;
Also, I'm BluCloude on the CW server, a level 61 FSRM.
