I recently bought the PC version(from the Xbox version[GOTY]) more for the mod possiblitly, and I've seen a few armor sets from these, and wondering where to get the mods from...

The Unofficial Elder Scrolls Page is the most awesome morrowind page ever. It has some mods, but it also has links to th best sites.

I generally use Morrowind Summit or just search google for "morrowind mods" and you will get a lot of them.
