In a lot of the guilds that I have joined, the crew have a weekly job to invite at least 50 people every week. Having a lot of members makes people want to join guilds. I joined because my sister is vice captain and I thought that it would be fun to help build a guild up from the bottom instead of joining when it is already super popular. Most people might not think that, though. Just, consider this. (PS, you need more posts in the forums, there is no posts)

Is there really no other job that anyone can think of? (I can't, either xd ) You should seriously consider that job in that other post that is on top of this one, though.
