Make more forum topics, like art shops or a newbie help center.
In the first page you do not really say anything or explain about what your guild is about, and you should also make a list of rules.
If you make me a crew or vice captain, I could help you more, but I don't think that I can really do anything as just a member.
More contests! Guilds that have really good contests and user activity, aka. posts, have more people that want to join.
People will not always come to you. You need to advertise the guild and get it public.
FREE STUFF. People always love free stuff, and if you cannot give away free stuff, then have fun things for people to do, like rping. I LOVE to rp. There are a lot of other people who do, too, and rps get the most user activity, I think

Maybe you could put the first four forum topics into one so that you can have 3 new open forums for other topics.
