I received a PM from a friend who is wishing to remain anonymous for the time being. This is an excerpt from his shopping survey. Guess this would fall into the "disgruntled shoppers" category when they do the tally. mrgreen
2. What do you DISLIKE about shopping on Gaia?
Its not so much the shopping on Gaia. Its the fact that I would be supporting a site that has gone far too corporate. I understand you had to grow. But limiting the user base is not the way to grow. Not listening to the user base that would statistically spend more gold/cash if they were happy than upset. Same with keeping the older loyal user base happy.
Taking things away and putting stuff up with out options isn't right. Features that could be turned off for some and on for others depending on screen preference. That's not the way to keep cash spending customers happy. Customer service/dealings seems lax all around. ( the automatic kick back ban log, the times people file an appeal and get no response. I've seen people lose accounts for no reason other than Gaia's error.)

Well, if the customer service and all around dealings with people are s**t, then I say why bother giving them the money they want?
