I'm guessing it's "finished" now since they put it back on but seriously, there weren't that many changes. Sure the suggestions lessened and it brought up the statuses but that is about it.
Gaia moderators won't even let us post on the official feedback page anymore, that is how dead set they are on ignoring us. D:<
If they want change and it to be good get feedback like they did about the avatar dressroom idea.

If they want gaia to be good then the devs and mods need to listen to the users. After all gaia would be nothing without its users.

Ok, I'm usually calm and controlled about things I don't like so my apologies. But when I saw this change after I logged on awhile ago I shut my computer and just left where I was at. Angry. Just looking at it angers me. I wanted to status what I thought, but I couldn't find my status for awhile.

Ok, this is gonna be a long post. It's what Yusuke and I added to the Official Feedback Thread sticky concerning the My Gaia page and DARKNRGY's comments.

So here's a damn list of demands. >D
1. I WANT people to stay in limbo for a reason. Or do people not realize there is a friend limit. Maybe some I want to keep in limbo to keep tabs on just incase?
2. I WANT to see my comments notifications.
3. I WANT my notifications separate. Such as Guild announcements telling me I have A GUILD announcement. And I want a link to take me to that separate page again, not lumped into a pile of crap subscribed threads, wish list s**t and aquarium notifications I could really give a s**t less about on a daily bases.
4. For those of us that own a thread that gets posted in every single damn day, it is not needed to have notifications popping up everytime someone posts in it. A friend actually thought about getting our hang out place closed because of your ridiculous notifications that no one really cares about getting.
5. Some of us don't want/ need/ have to have any of these crap features at all, maybe we like being antisocial assholes bordering on forum hermits. That suits us just fine. Stop forcing everyone on the damn site to be so social and annoying the ever living s**t out of them with JUNK.
6. I want my personal stats back, my gaian age, my items owned, days I last changed. While they didn't do much, it was still interesting to know about.
7.IF you're going to force us to have wish list notifications, notifications on thread subscriptions, notifications on who bought s**t from us, aquariums, AND guild announcements ALL thrown into the same damn page now. ATLEAST break it up so its more than some damn cluster of crap on the front page. And we DO NOT need a notice every single time something pops up.
Though the best thing would be is to bring the old damn user page back and leave it alone. There are plenty of other projects on this site that could and need to be done. >/

Yep, I read it also.
1. Profile comments *have* to appear in the header again. It's the only way many of us know if there is a new comment waiting for a response.
2. Put our friends back on the My Gaia page.......*not* the "SIGN UP MORE PEOPLE FOR US" BS that we have to suffer through now, cause it's not gonna happen.
3. We are all social in our own way (otherwise we'd not be on a chat site now would we?), so stop shoving *your* need of socialization down *our* throats. I for one don't need a ton of friend requests from all the pervs and trolls that lurk on here.
4. Ditch the "new notice" alert from the header. It's just one more pain in the backside.
5. Personal stats...put 'em back.
Overall the new page is a horrid cluster. It lacks personality. It's no longer MY Gaia page.
As Toushin Yusuke has suggested, fix something that genuinely *needs* fixed. Let's say Towns and Rally perhaps.....people can't go into either one without the risk of being targeted by scripters. Or Houses...I understand they have been glitchy. And Games.... what's being done there? OMG...and Aquariums! Fix what has been screwed up, and not with a lame promise of new fish.

Me and my bf only talk on comments- and now it shows that under the new notices that I don't understand one bit of. D:< It's messing up the little time we actually get together because of school! >_<
