history:
Born in america in 1930, parents moved to japanese in 1935 and were killed in 1942 during war world two for being american. two brother abanded and growing in the steets of tokyo were founded at the age of 14 and 12 by an old ninjustu master. we were taught the arts of ninjustu and grew with strengh and knowlege. the oldest of the two was smart and quick to learn the secrets of ninjustu while the youngest solely believed in strengh. we died duing a mission that was set up by the japanese government to assaint the ninja of the mondren world.... the younger borther whereabout is unknown and i am a soulreaper who went through the acadamy fairly quickly and joins the 12 squad hoping under the guidess of the captain to become a captain myself.

Reason why you should have that rank: Soo that he can prove that a rank is just a title. And you can become stronger then a title.
A little summary of your RPC background: Ryok was just an ordinary soul reaper that took out tasks of slaying and killing hollows. He didn't really care for his rank, it was the power that really mattered to him. He carried tasks out with almost a 100% completion rate. One day he was asked to kill a vizard. Soo he went to kill it, but when he encountered this Vizard, He could feel the power pressing down on him. He fought this vizard endlessly but seemed no match for him. But then he vowed not to lose to this abomination. When he finally caught it off-guard, he stabbed and killed it. But when the mask shatterred, he got a good look at his face and realized, it was his brother. In pain and agony he let out a raging scream. Ever since then the images haunted his mind, and he vowed to become the strongest shinigami around, no matter the sacrafices.

reason why:
Lt: hard worker (a bit lazy) but does the job at the exact moment told
officer: well u got me,again works hard but trains more then often,so it may cut into work
a little summery of tykozuki: he trains day till` night and from 3:00 am to 6:00 pm with extra energy to spare. hate to be under worked so the wont come into problem.and he barely ever sleep except on his few hours off

Reason why you should have that rank: I am a strong and determined person and i feel that if you give me a chance i'll show you i could be the most loyal and best Lt you could ever have. I also have alot of experince in rp sinse i was a captain in a diffrent guild.
A little summary of your RPC background: When takeshi was 10 years old one of the clans murdered both parents and tyred to kill their son but he survived. He was found by a powerful swordsman who in secret was a rouge soul reaper as the years passed he was trained by him untill he was old enough to join the soul society.
