every person in the next couple/few chess games will get a chess item. One corresponding to the position they played.

This will drain the funds I have more quickly, which will make it more fun to spend it.

I don't wanna get too complicated. I'm not worried about the specifics of the price. If I run out of gold I'll probably have enough money to spare to get some gaia cash and continue this.

Anyway, you should probably go through the guild members and ban everyone who has not posted since march 9th.

Additionally, a message(in the reason for ban) should be sent to them with a link included to a thread (somewhere in the main forums) in which they can post to get unbanned.

The thread should, preferrably, be made in a similar manner to the way GCG Captain always makes threads.

:/ though truthfully i think its sad that people have to be bribed with items to play a simple game of chess. I mean I'm here for chess. Seriously what ever happen to playing a game just because it was fun? I could careless if I win or lose or get anything out of it aside from fun.

I get that, its not intended to be used as a bribe, but call it bribing or rewarding, your giving free items to people who come to play chess, bottem line is it just plain sad that it has resorted to this. You can call it what ever you like, it doesn't change what it is. Like I said stated in a previous topic, there aren't enough games in a week. True most people on here are in school, but there are a few like me who aren't and have to work in the real world, I don't get saturday evenings off to come play chess, and others are busy or something comes up. To restrict playing chess to one evening a week, that doesn't give people many chances actually come and play. and with recruitment games coming at random when ever sin feels like it nobody gets the memo unless they happen to be in a towns that sin spams. Now I've tried to do this myself last friday and failed, but I had actually gotten six people to show up on the board including myself, I looked in the guild forums and saw there were enough people on at the time to play a game but I had no real quick way to let them know about it. Yes Recruitment needs to be done by everyone, but doing it individually isn't a cake walk, I respect that Sin can do this, but right now I'll point out that not everyone is like sin. What we need is more organisation by the people who do care.

Also Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way as one person in this topic has stated he's here to play chess reguardless of free items, and in my Activity topic a female member has also agreed that we should have more than one game a week. to me its just starting to sound like a few of you are getting too lazy and don't wanna change things. I also know that Zakku agrees with the more games thing as well, so thats 3 people in the guild that I know agree with me.

I agree with Kaichi N.D. Sage. I think that it would be nice to have more games because I usually can't make the scheduled games. But I think that the point thing is a good idea too.
