Well, since none of you guys feel like posting in that beautifully vague research brainstorm sticky I made, here's a research project for whoever wants to participate: the Paradigm Shift.
What's a Paradigm Shift? Well, that's your job to find out. Or mine, if I have time [which I shouldn't, haha]. Here's a more formal list of goals, however:
1. Define Paradigm Shift. I don't care what angle you look at it or what lens you look through, just pick a perspective somewhere and elaborate upon it. Sources are nice and if you can give some insight as to how this source has argumentative weight, even better. (Angles/Lenses Include: Ego Breakdown & Reconstruction, Scientific Relativism, from the perspective of Chaos Magic, postmodern self and Psychology)
2. Find Examples of Paradigm Shift. From the presented lenses we will begin to look at how other have played with these concepts. As above, so below.
3. Experimentation. We ourselves begin to play with the concepts we have explored and the applications they could have to our lives.
4. Construction. We formulate what we have learned into something that others can look at and even practice with.

Due to the open nature of this project, it's still open for anyone who feels like contributing material to fulfill the goals I've listed above. As one might see, I made the list very open and had it make room for the fact that at the time I was too busy to work on it myself. I know that right now very few people are interested [or even present, for that matter], but if there are those who happen to be interested in bringing some information to the table here, feel free.
