  This is the training area for Squad 3. rules: 1)no gmoding 2)no auto hitting/dodging 3)no killing 4)only members of squad 3 may train here, they may bring a sparring partner from another squad.

while looking for the capt. Don found the training room for squad 3 and just like everything else it was huge "esh is everything in squad 3 huge?" he put down his zanpacto and picked up a broken (idk if i spelled that right if not i"ll just put wooden sword) and started going though katas and training with the dummies since there wasint anyone else there

Ed walked into the Dojo and Sat down on a Mat and Concetrated His reistu and Strength while Waiting for the Captain of Squad 3. As Ed was waiting he Stabbed his Zanpactou to the Ground and Tried to Talk to it. As Ed was imagining his Zanpactou Spirit but it was to Blurry so Went on Meditating.

Don walked into the dojo wanting to train and do more spirt training when he fround some one already there so he quietly when over to the other side of dojo so not to disterb the other person and started to meditate

Tokemaru entered the dojo looking for Don. He found the soldier and walked over to him.
"Hi Don, you wanted to spar with me?"

Don looked up at his captain "sure I probly cantkepp up very well but sure I'll do some sparing i need to train anyways." he said with a smile

"is this a hand to hand or with wooden swords?" Don asked looking over at the wall were they kept the wooden training swords

Tokemaru side stepped the jab and grabbed Don's wrist with his left hand. He then aimed a back hand at Don's face with his free hand. The blow was fast but not powerful since Tokemaru had no intention of harming his newest subordinate.

the attack was too fast and hit its mark but don noticed it only stung not truly hurt. with his hand still caught he tryed to to twist inside and get in close enoght so he could flip him using his own wieght

Tokemaru was a step ahead of Don, in fact, coming close made it easier. Tokemaru pulled Dons arm across his shoulder and tossed Don over his shoulder.

Don hit the floor "oof" and made a symbol of surrender "that was fun and i need lots more work on speed it seems." he bowed "thanks for the spar i do belive i have a little bit of paper work to do if i have time later i would enjoy another spar.'

Ed saw Tokemaru fighting Don. "Hey Captain Tokemaru can you fight me now" Ed said waling up to Him,
