Okay; So I was playing sims and I saved it & quitted.
But then the next day I got back my whole families that I built-put in thier homes were gone ,Even my current one I was playing ... Although it saved my "Saved Sims"
I searched for my backup files but I can not open them

Any ideas to get my game back?
Please help! gonk

that happened to me so i called the creater of sims but that was no help so i started smashing the system

that happens sometimes,mostly on old computers (90%) but if its not old its a bug
