Asha walked in with shorts and a t-shirt and walked up to the teacher "What are we doing today?" she asked him.

"We will be doing 17 laps around the gym to start with" Yukio said motioning with his head for the girl to start.

Asha didnt seem to mind "Yes sir" she said then started to jog then run around one by one she finished the laps in no time.

Asha shurgged her shoulders "Ok" she said.She didnt mind running laps.She joged then ran 9,13,16,18 then 23.By thirty she went back to a jog.Then she kicked it into high gear 34,35,36,37,38 then 39 she end at 40 then took a drink from her water bottle at staired at the teacher for more instructions.

Yukio sighed "400 climbs" he said looking at the ropes. Yukio got up and headed over to a punching bag, he began pounding on it with strong, rapid movements causing the whole bag to shake violently.

Asha sighed as she started the ropes.The first 90 weirnt bad when she got to 350 she started to get rope burn,but sucked it up.She wasint one to complain about small things.She got to 400 in 50 minutes wasint bad for her first time using a rope to climb.But she new the teacher would just give her something eals.so she went an extra 100 just for the heck of it.climbed down and drank from her water bottle.She watched as her teacher was hitting the punching bag.One by one he hit it in perfect form.She stood there and watch carfuly.

"1000 sit ups" Yukio said still punching the bag. After awhile he began kicking the sides of the bag which sent it out flying across the whole length of the chain only to come back and get kicked again.

Asha walked over to the girl "Better do as he says" she said leading ehr to the ropes.Then going to do her sit ups.
