I want to know when it's considered OK to have a girl that young wearing that little and meant to be sexy clothes. I know sex is everywhere but that's not normal. As for personal expression, at that age it tells me one of two things

1) I am naive and do not know what sex is or why sexy is appealing (and makes on a big target)

2) I can't think for myself and am willing to do anything for attention (or imitating someone who is)

Things any responsible parent would discourage, even if it seems to be everywhere.

But then again maybe I am just an old-fashioned prude (even though paradoxically I am quite a bit of a pervert when it comes to those of legal age)
