...I was unable to buff newbies, as I usually do while grabbing the NPC freebies. Rock or Bandage would not work on others..... kept telling me "Invalid Target". My Sweetheart ring worked on them.

What I'm wondering.....glitch or update?? Anyone else experience this? I'm not talking about crew members...this is just a random buff as I run past on my way to the next NPC.
