An ancient training ground that used to be a field now has turned into a forest, this training ground has high concentrates of Reiatsu that continually attracts hollows weekly and in some rare cases a Arrancar, the pressure of the Reiatsu is strong and can effect the timing of attacks thus when someone has trained here their accuracy is improved.
as said before the timing of your attacks become effected... thus it means that all of your timing will be one rank slower...
soldier will have the timing of a academy student
officer will have the timing of a soldier
lieutenant will have the timing of a officer
and a captain will have the timing of a lieutenant
after your character has trained here he/she will be able to react faster then what he/she was normally able to.
