I know the guild already has an art contest thing, but what about the people that write. You could have a weekly contest for short stories and/or poems and stuff like that. Not everyone can draw that well but most people can write xD

Another good thing about having a writing contest would be that it doesn't take that long. You could also set the max amounts of words so it doesn't take half an hour to read ^_^
