Okay, so I realise this is very basic, and it doesn't really need to be learned- this is just for people who are curious. Plus, it may help with pronnunciation. smile
First things first, the Irish alphabet is very similar to the English alphabet, there are only a few changes.

A/a (ah) - this is the only letter that is pronnounced differently than in English, where it is pronnounced "ay".

B/b (bee)
C/c (see)
D/d (dee)
E/e (ee)
F/f (eff)
G/g (jee)
H/h (hay-ch - one syllable)
I/i (eye)
L/l (ell)
M/m (Em)
N/n (En)
O/o (oh)
P/p (pee)
R/r (are)
S/s (ess)
T/t (tee)
U/u (you)

Like I said before, this is very similar to the English alphabet, the main difference between the two is that there aren't as many letters in this alphabet. Hope it helps. smile

Exactly. Or j, k or q.

And apparently it's the British pronunciation of H. Us Americans say "ay-ch". wink
