Hello all! Long time no see. I found something you guys might be interested in.
There's a new fiction book out there dealing with Autism. It's called Mockingbird by Katheryn Erskine.
It's about a 10 year old girl with Asperger's Syndrome who's brother is killed in a school shooting. So she has to learn about empathy in order to deal with his death.
Now, I haven't read it yet, but I plan to get myself a copy the next time I go to Borders. It's supposed to be really good.
