Description: I totally tried. crying See pics for better refs.
Hair- Typical Yugioh hair, see Front view.
Clothes- Long purple cloak, loose white shirt, gold belt with blue cloth hanging in front, semi-tight skirt, white and gold slippers. See Full view for good idea.
Accessories- Omg here we go! Note all of these are in gold. First piece is the Head band(?) with the eye, 'wings' extend up in front of the hair. Best seen in the Front view. Next come the outrageous ear cuff and earrings. See Side view for those. Gold pectoral necklace(mostly covered by cloak around neck), two to three gold neck rings(may be partially hidden by cloak, armbands, forearm bands, ~5rings for the lower leg bands. (all of these are best seen in the pics). And of course, the millennium puzzle!

I'm going to sadly burst one of your bubbles and let you know that Atem and some other Yu-Gi-Oh characters are pending already as SE's... Seto isn't though.
