there are a few problems with your RCP

1. The rank of Vizard is Earned, not given to just anyone.

2. You need to give exacts for your Shikai, like what it can do, so no one will call godmod on you.

3. You need to join a squad, so we know what rank you are. You do not have a Bankai unless you are Lt. rank or higher.

Please pm me when you have finished fixing it up.

We don't do training for Bankai. If you aren't a Lt, or higher, you just can't have it.

I don't mean to intrude since I'm just a member but if I may, I might be able to explain a little easier.

In the show Ichigo does have Bankai but he was also not part of the 13 court guard squad. In this guild you must be part of a squad or part of the hollows. Since you will most likely start out as a soldier within which ever squad you choose and are accepted into, you are not permitted to have bankai. The only people within this guild that is allowed to have bankai are the Vice Captains and the Captains. This guild is not completely like the show. There are aspects of the show that are kept and they are kept for a reason. Please list to the crew members, they are here to give advise, not to be argued with.

Vizard is a special race, even in the show of bleach they are a very powerful race.

I am the founder of the Vizards in this guild when I first joined it.

Because of their power, people can abuse it in battles, so we limit the race to a maximum of nine people in the whole guild, with a maximum of four captains as well, unless certain members who were lower ranks upgraded to captain as a vizard.


Now because we do not wish to have issues with the vizard race within the guild, we only let certain people become them, and those people must prove themselves worthy of earning the rank of the race.

This means proving their skills as a role player, showing no god modding, good skill, and all the good stuff.

Now at the moment we have openings for the vizard race, but they are a little hard to get, since we will be voting on people to join it.
You must either be an officer or a lieutenant in a squad to sign yourself up, or as a soldier you must get your captain's permission, and if they get your permission, it shows they believe you can earn it.

This is how the vizard system works for now.
Later though, when the guild is alot more active, we may allow more into the race.

At the moment there is. Though there are people who have signed up, most from my very own squad, but that doesn't mean the whole lot of them are going to make it.

So the 15th is the cut off date, for awhile.
We want to bring in the new vizards, check out how they do and what not. We will then wait for a little while, get new members in the guild, I will keep tabs on all members that interest me through the guild, figure out which ones could be vizards, Captains, and even Espada, we need more Espada and Arrancar to be active.
So be sure to prove yourself to this guild, otherwise you won't get anywhere. This guild might be harder, or it might be easier than other guilds you are used to, but you don't get handouts very often at all here. If you want to make power here, you have to earn it.

Well the next route to vizards will come along shortly, but until then you have all the time to prove yourself to the guild.
