OKAY, Hulu.com has the complete 26 episodes to end the series once and for all.
InuYasha the final act is in Japanese with subtitles, as it should be and disposes of all outstanding questions and concerns in a great way.
Everyone should watch it, since it's free at hulu.com and then come back here and discuss it.
It was great that Sesshomaru was in it till the very end. And as I suspected.... nope, won't say it. No spoilers here!

I watched it. I was very Happy with the ending....I think the cutest part is what kagome says to Sesshoumaru at the end of the last episode....and he makes the cutest face...
