We lost a guild member about a week ago.
Her name was kitsunx3. I don't know if she ever officially joined or not, but I do know she'd typically sign up as back-up for games. I know I played at least three games with her.
She was kind-hearted, a good friend, a bit goofy and funny, and somewhat hyper. I only knew her for two or three months...
She had been going through some rough things. A week before last, she was shot in the arm and leg. I never got the details on that one though... Then, last week, someone else was using her Gaia account. I talked to him and he told me that he and kitsun were walking. A drunk driver was going to hit him and kitsun pushed him out of the way and got ran over herself... I don't know if she died instantly but she did die...
He then told me she had made a box about a month ago... With a letter inside. Told him not to open it unless something happened to her. He said part of that letter told him to delete her Gaia profile after five days. Another part told him to give the remainder of her Gaia gold to her best Gaia friend, who was apparently me... I told him I couldn't accept it because I truely do not know for a fact that what he has said happened actually happened; that he could just be a hacker... Even though it's all quite believable...
I've had friends tell me that they died just to see if someone would care... Though I know kitsun wouldn't pull something like that, it doesn't mean that this isn't a hacker... I guess I'll never know.
She died a hero...

I know how you feel. I lost a friend of mine cause of his heart condition last year...

..., I haven't been active lately, so I didn't know her, but its still sad to here that someone died like that. Even if its possibly a hacker,
