I've noticed a few bits are out of date so I thought I'd help by pointing them out.
GGN Glitches List
Homepage Centering There isn't an issue with this other than the page might not be as wide as you like. This can be solved by adding a blank image along the top, say a jpg image that has a height of 1 and the width you want for the page.
Coding on Home Page This was fixed ages ago. It was also possible to work around by adding in your own spaces between words and images to avoid the ones added in as gaia cuts a long line of spaces into a single space.
The Captain's Guide
Vice Captains FAQ This really needs to be updated. Gaia altered the Vice-Captains powers ages and ages ago but no-one bothered to change the guides about their powers.

Thanks a lot for posting this! Like I said; I got most of my stuff from the Captain's Guild 2.0. that just proved my theory of the guild being inactive. That guide hasn't been updated in forever!

Requests of what you would like to see on the guild I'd create would be no problem. That goes for following the ToS guidelines to prevent a violation of them as well. =3 Originally if you said yes, and wanted a new guild banner, I would have been happy to create one. I would have then asked what you would've like featured; any designs like, animation, text, pictures, and so on. Finally I would have created it using Adobe Photoshop Elements and Corel Painter 11.
