This is where important "stuff" is listed for players (and new players) to be able to skim it quickly and be up-to-date or pick up on little things that they may need to know before creating a character. Everything here deviates from established Marvel Comic Timelines, thus we have it listed here, so hopefully everything is less confusing and more coherent.
I will do my best to plug stuff in but, please, if you feel I've missed something or that something else needs to be added let me know.

+Tony Stark has a child, Petre "Pete" Stark, being the child of someone as famous and in the public eye as Tony most player-characters would know about her unless they are removed from television and other mainstream media. Feel free to make up whatever rumors involving Tony and Pete you like, with the Stark family the rumors absolutely never end.
+Civil War Era ends March 13th, 2007
+Captain America has a son, Veck Rodgers, who is in possession of his father's famous shield and has been since his father's assassination on March 14th, 2007.
+The Avengers officially disbands May 03, 2007
+The X-Men loose many mutants and fight amongst themselves but do not completely fall apart, the school remains functioning
+The Fantastic Four falls apart around July 07 2007, Susan Storm and Reed Richards are divorced July 28 2007
+Tony Stark is still director of S.H.I.E.L.D, Maria Hill is still second-in-command at S.H.I.E.L.D Headquaters
+As of March 01, 2020 there is still pro-registration groups and anti-registration groups, fighting continues between these factions and people continue to refuse to register until the Hero Registration Act and be forced into being outlaws, fined, jailed, and forcibly registered.
+Infinity Gems do not exist
