×[Description] Vince looks very much like his mother, he is practicly a male version of Emma Frost look wise, but his personality is taken striaght from his father. He is a very neat and well kept man. He wears only the finest cloths and jewelry, perferring to wear only white and gold. He has a very regal type air about him. And he often looks down upon those who he feels are inferior,and wont hide it. But when he talks to you,his voice may become very soft and patronizing or very low and dangerous,when he's trying to get you to do what he wants. He has an extremely calm temper,and nothing visisbly makes him upset. He talks himself out of almost any situaution and can easily redirect blame, becouse of how masterfull he is at wordplay. Vince is afriad of violence though and rarely usess the power that he has. Despite his age, he is still unaware of his limits and full abilities,due to never using his powers.

×[Personality] Charming,Kind,but really underhanded,he likes to get things his way,and he is never angerd.

×[History] Vince was raised by his father Sebastion Shaw and he didn't meet his mother untill he was 16. Even then she was unaware that he was her son even though he looked just like Emma. It was a very brief meeting at the X-Mansion that happend by sheer coincidence. Vince had been shipped there after his fathers death. He was so hurt by his own mother not recognising him that he ran away from the Mansion for 3 months. When he finally came back he told her that he was her son, and she didnt believe him at first. After he convinced her they started to bond slowly but Vince was soon taken away by his "Uncle", Donald Peirce,The White Bishop in the hellfire club. Peirce showed him with moeny and gifts just like his father had and he tuaght Vince about the ways of the club. Vince started going to grand parties and sweet talking executives into giving him the money he wants, and becomming the financial consultant of money companies. Eventually when he took over Shaw industries from his brother Shinobi he then buaght out and merged those companies into his own. His ruthelessness and success made the Club decide to promote him to the Lord Imperial.

x[Aversion To Violence] Vince's fear of violence comes from something he witnessed as a teenager. When he was 16, he watched his older brother rip his father to shreds. It was tramatic for him. He never really cared for violence before then and he was a squemish boy. On top of that he had looked up to his father dearly and after witnessing this, Shinobi turned to him and made him swear never to tell anyone what happpend. Vince obligied but he dissowned Shinobi after that.



×[Recently] Lately Vince has been running his company Shaw industries as well as the HellFire club. He hopes to make his company as successfull as Stark industries and he is one of Stark's feircest compettetors. He usses underhanded tricks and often buys out smaller companies and merges them into Shaw indutries. Thus,expanding his comapany while eliminating the competition. Shaw industries is rising fast and he is bringing in hoards of money to himself and the Hellfire Club. He is also secretly feeding money to the X-Mansion as a anonumyus bennifactor. He does this for respect for his mother and to keep the Clubs tradition of bettering the image of mutants around. No one know's he is a mutant though,he keeps that a safely kept secret.

x[Taking over Shaw Industries/The Brothers Clash] At 27 Peirce convinced Vince to take over Shaw Industries. Vince was hesitant at first though,becouse it ment facing his brother Shinobi. And Vince was affraid to face him after what he saw happen to his father. Vince enterd his brothers office and wanted to simply talk him into it, like he had done to countless other companies to embezzle money. Shinobi want easily swayed and Vince became angry. His brother told him he was being silly and that he should be gratefull to simly be in charge of the hellfire club. Shinobi then promptly went to attack his brother who instinctively used to drive of the punch to teleport behind him and strike his brother in the back of the head. Shinobi's head exploded from the impact and Vince passed out. When he came to he was in a police station. He was to be investigated for what happend, but Vince plead temperary insanity and his mutant origin helped him get out of the suit he then paid everyone off to keep the instance underwraps. Needless to say he got Shaw industries to himself.



x[Powers] He has inherited his fathers traits. He is able to absorb kinetic energy and rechannel it into his own teleportation usess. For instance if you went to punch him he would simply be able to appear behind you. In desperate instances his body will convert the enerfy into super human strength, but this has only ever happend once.He has heightend senses but is very fragile for some reason, which is why he's so afriad to fight. One average punch to the face may break his nose. Or shatter his jaw. But his senses allow him to see when someone is about to do something before the attack fully conects, giving him time parry or dodge. He also has slight telepathic abilities. Very slight though, if you are upset or lying he can tell and he uses this ability to talk people into getting what he wants. But he's never been able to do anything more with his ability's.

Today, the Hellfire Club is an overt, worldwide organization. Famous for its lavish annual gala, it is open to the wealthiest and most influential entrepreneurs, politicians and socialites, whose membership is traditionally passed on to the heirs of their estates. Within the Club at large is a secret cabal, known only to a select few. These Inner Circles, of which there are typically one or two at a time, desire to achieve world domination through political and economic influence, subversive activities and the recruitment of mercenary forces and powerful superhumans. Its members often holding positions named after chess pieces, an Inner Circle is ruled by its Queens and Kings, the so-called Lords Cardinal. They, in turn, are ruled by the Lord Imperial, who is also in charge of the Club's overt activities. The Club has very close ties with the X-men, going back to when Magneato and Storm were the The White Queen and King. All the way up to Jean Grey and Emma Frost's reign as the Black Queen and the White Queen.
