the desert is a giant desert in Nevad. Water is scarce, and the sun in the day keeps the area in the 100's. The bright sunlight and insane heat makes animals a rare sight. At night time everything is different and it can get to the 60's and 50's. The wildlife come out, and the night is very active. People are a rare sight, and if you do come across one they are usually muggers and thieves. Be careful, if your not you might die.
Jonah Hex got on his horse. It was in the morning so he was still a little asleep, but he had to get on his way. He needed to get to nevda. He used the bright sun for navigation. He started to ride when he saw some vultures in the sky.
"I should check that out."

Nightcat sighed as she looked up at the clear blue sky. She had been playing on tour at Las Vegas and was traveling to Salt Lake City when her bus broke down. Her driver had gotten a ride to town a few hours ago and hadn't gotten back yet. She was starting to get a little worried, but there wasn't much she could do.
Her arms were crossed behind her head as she laid against the side of the bus. She could see vultures in the sky, wheeling around overhead. Great, now a bunch of feathered pincushions were going to annoy her. She groaned and shook her head. Stupid birds.

He got over to where the vultures are and he found 3 people dead around a fireplace. He looked around and saw a blood trail. He followed it to a tent. He opened it and a guy was sleeping. Jonah picked him up.
"You like to kill people, i like to kill murderers."
Then he put a gun to the guys head, and he screamed. But then a second later, jonah pulled the trigger.

Nightcat started when she heard the distant crack of a gun. She hesitated, not knowing if she should go see what was wrong or get back in the bus and hide. She might have cat like reflexes, but that didn't mean she was a match for bullets.
Curiosity won over and she started off in the direction of the shot. She could tell it was quite a ways off, but not how far.

Jonah put the murder in the fire but the other innocents he made small holes to burie them. He hated people like that murder. He done what he thought was right.

Nightcat coughed at the smoke as she approached where Jonah was burying the murdered people. The smoke smelled odd, but she couldn't place why. She stopped when she spotted Jonah working on burying the people.
"What are you up to Cowboy?" she asked, her nails elongating to claws. She wasn't sure what was going on, but she didn't really trust anyone who was just standing around with dead bodies.

"Ha Cowboy, I haven't heard that ther term in a while Darling. I'm just burying some innocents, and burning a dirtbag. Is there a problem hun."
He knew it looked bad. But he had no problem, he just had to get to salt lake.
"Where ya headin."

Nightcat relaxed, her nails returning to normal. "I'm surprised you haven't been called Cowboy in a while, but I suppose I'm not used to being called Darling either," she said, shrugging, "I was on tour when my bus broke down. I was headed for Salt Lake City, but I'm always up for helping out people in trouble."
She looked down at the people sadly. "Do you need any help with them?" she asked, looking back at Jonah.

Nightcat blinked in surprise. Jonah's question was rather sudden. "Sure," she said shrugging, "I just came from there, but I guess it wouldn't hurt. Could find someone to work on the bus while I'm there. Is something up?" She was slightly hopeful there was something of interest going on where Jonah was going.

"Buisness"But he knew it was mre then buisness. It was personal. He knew what happened. He couldn't believe he almost died. He couldn't believe was almost dead and the guy ran away, he couldn't believe that he waited till now to kill him.

Nightcat nodded. She understood 'business'. She had had some of her own with the people who had killed her father. But that was in the past. Now, Jonah could probably use whatever help she could give him.
