I had a realization today and while I'm not happy to admit it I feel I must since I consider most of you all here my friends. I am starting to think that I have an internet addiction and that I have been using the the internet, particularly Gaia, as an escape from reality and connecting with others in my life. I am not going to give up the internet permanently but I am going to be away from Gaia for the next month. If anyone would like to reach me for any reason I will still have my IM up during my night shifts.

If you see me on Gaia at all from now till 9/14/2010 please tell me to get off the internet. This is very sad for me to do but I have severely hurt my relationship with my fiancee and the chance to make friends in my new town.

Take care!! We will miss you, but I can definitely understand needing to take a break. Real Life should always come first (it's possible I have a bit of an issue with that myself sweatdrop ).
