It's really important that you do and that you ask any questions you might have afterward. The quality of the community depends on everyone being on the same page, also, it has important information about the characters available and allowed and what we're looking for. There are no hidden rules or overly complicated stuff in the information, its all just so we can all function and be a good roleplaying community and have fun.
