Ok. So I'm thinking about purchasing the The Ultimate Chest Binder Suit (link: http://ftm.underworks.com/ ) and I'm not exactly sure what it entails. So... it says that it has: "A pocket crotch design offers the extra convenience and completes the all in one solution." What does that mean exactly?

Also, has anyone tried this particular product? If you have, your opinions? I'm a heavy set girl, so even though it says that it prevents rolling, should I still be concerned?

Also: I'm exactly 48" so do i go with the XL or 2XL because 48" is the border for each of them. I plan on losing weight so is it a good idea to go with the XL?

The "pocket crotch" means there's a little hole, like a y-front, for which to stick a urethral proboscis from. Unless you have a stand-to-pee device, yeah, it'd make using the loo hard....also, what if you really needed to poo on an all-day excursion? You'd have to completely undress.
While having the binder connect all the way down will probably prevent it from rolling up...it's likely to ride up anyways, and might make your thighs look weird [those shorts-part don't seem long enough imo]

I'd get the "usual" style of binder, hips be damned. The double-front vest never really hid my curves, but then I have always had an "hour-glass"ish figure, so, your mileage.

I'd err on the side of larger, unless you're already loosing weight.
