Shikai Zanpakuto Form: Long, thin black katana with red stipe down center of the blade. Long chain at end of hilt, connected to other end of chain are various detachable weapons ranging from spiked balls(lol) to enlongated kunai. Only one weapon can be used on other end of chain at a time. Weapons are selected from me thinking it, then the others kinda just like, float around my feet close to the ground until I select one.
Shikai/Special Ability 1: Weapon Mastery-Changes the projectile weapon at end of chain and/or launches whatever projectile weapons aren't on the chain. Projectiles can be controled with hand movements up to 50ft away from my body, then they just become regular projectiles. When I stop using them they automaticly return to a circle around my feet. They can also be used to defend, but only up to 25ft away from my body.

Visard Mask powers: For three minutes and thirty-five seconds(three full posts and a fouth 'dehollowfication' post) my speed is tripled, matching me with the lieutenant of squad two. My strength is boosted by 40% and each shikai ability has 30% more damage as well as a 50% range increase. Cooldown time is 9posts by me.

Ok two things are wrong here.
1. First i do not believe you have gotten permission to be a Vizard so your mask goes bye bye
2.Second have you been promoted to Officer yet? and if so officers get two Shikai releases and an incomplete Shikai/Bankai

I am going to step in since this does involve my squad.
I have not promoted anyone to officer in my squad nor have I received any requests to become and officer or higher in said squad. Now I am not against it but I would first like to see the completed rcp before I agree to give someone that type of position.

So I accidently closed the tab and I don't feel like re-typing everything. To make a long story short, disregard everything I've posted up until now. I quit somewhere around a year ago. Then I rejoined today with the hopes that this guild will become active again.
By the way, how might I go about becoming a captain?
