his eyes are gray and he has dirty blonde hair,but when he is not in his uniform he wear glasses.He his 5 foot 2, and he always where a tank top.

Personality: As Blade Burke he doesn't talk a lot,Because he is shy.But as Neo-Blade he has fun with his victims. He is a mercenary and being one he feels sympathy for no one.
Powers: He has no powers but he has incredible accuracy with Throwing knifes and the occasional bows and arrows. But if he ran out of knifes he can use anything as a weapon. He is also good at hand to hand combat.
weaknesses: He is a normal human being. so he is prone to heat and cold. is effected by things just like regular humans.
Skills: Knife throwing, and he can jump pretty high. he also is very agile and a good climber.
Origin:
When Blade was born his real parents abandon him in a dumpster, and when he was found they took him to live in a orphanage. Then when he was 6 he was adopted. His mom was trailer trash that only adopted for the checks, and she hated him. She always perfected his brother over him, so to get the pain of being hated out of his mind he would practice throwing knifes all the time. After years of practice he could hit a card 100 yards away.Then when he was 15 his mom started yelling at for always practicing,so out of anger he threw the throwing knife at her and watched her fall to the ground. After watching his mom die Blades brother attacked him but Blade threw Another knife and killed his brother. After killing them he had no place to go so he started working as a mercenary. and that is how Neo-Blade became Neo-Blade.

Personality:he trust people little to much, he like to help people but well kill someone without thinking twice if they attack him
Powers:his body can heal itself and he is immortal
Weakness:he has all of the human weakness something that would kill puts him in a unconscious state till his body has recover to a living state other wise he looks dead
Skills: do to living so long he a master of many fighting styles and weapon given the right resoused he can make weapons as well also he has a high pain tolerates
Bio: he thinks that he was born in the medieval times, he the son of a blacksmith, he grow up making weapons with his dad, when he was 25 his town got attack and someone "kill" for the first time that was when he realize that he heals fast. he ran from town (right now he could use a sword but very badly) and he when form place to place learn how to fight the way he does now.

Yet affectionate, and trustworthy Powers: Elacticity (Think 'mister fantastic') Weakness: disobedient, nosy, and easily obsessed which sometimes puts her in danger. Also she can be killed normally, but her supersuit is indesructable Skills: Good fighter and knows how to use a gun or a sword. She is a skilled detective and is a good spy too. Bio: Lola Cormach had a father who passed away six months ago in a fatal explosion. He was a detective and was working on a case when something went wrong. Lola followed him because she was nosy about what her father was doing. She got caught in the explosion but lived and gained elacticiy. After her fathers death she wanted to avenge what he had started and trained to be a detective. She will be forever obsessed with keeping justice afloat in the world. She uses her powers to aid her to solve a mystery, or kick butt. She is trying to solve the mystery of who caused the explosion that killed her father. For that is the mystery she wants to solve more than ever.

Appearance: Long black flowing hair and pale white skin. Her eyes appear to be pitch black, she often wears a leather suit out because its much more comfortable and movable. her lips are painted red. She's called the raven because not only of her dark appearance because she laughs when she is killing. She can be found wearing a black mascarade mask.
Picture: somewhat like this but without the wings, if i find a better one ill update
Personality: When she's not out to create chaos and havoc, shes actually a shy individual. She has a heart but tends not to show it, she's the type that holds grudges against people and is a great fan of revenge. She is somewhat bipolar, thus the sudden change from shy and quiet to revengful and violent. Can can be a really witch with a b if you tick her off enough, and her patience is super low.
Powers: Although she favors the knife as a weapon she has no problem reaching into your phyche and finding your deepest darkest fear and bring it to life. She can manipulate your dreams. She is excellent at hiding in the shadows and at night, everything is enhanced for her. Can speak to the dead.
Weakness: If you find what can bring out her heart(soft side) she is very weak.
Skills: knifes are better if you want to savor the kill, never wear gloves, just becareful of what you grab. Dont ever run from the crime scene, it just draws attention to you.
Origin: Rose was a quiet girl, ever since her parents died. She lived with her grandmother. One night she was very sick and was proclaimed dead for an hour, when she came back from the dead, she acquired the skills she has now, and is yet to unlock more. At 16 she found out who murdered her parents and went after them, she was an amateur then but found it gratifiying to kill someone, especially out of revenge. She wasnt always a villain, she used to be a hero, until recent crimes were blamed on her and her darker side came out and she claimed the city streets hers. Police were horrified, and noticed that whenever they came to the crime scene they'd see a dark figure laughing walking away.

Personality: A lot like vegeta in dragonball z. Cold, calculating, power hungry, but with a strong sense of justice.
Powers: super speed, extreme agility, can create shoot energy out of his hands but usually funnels it through his sword and fires it as a wave looks like this ( stronger then average but not super strength
Weakness: he has no long range attacks as his energy doesnt travel more then half a foootball field
Skills: sword fighting hand to hand combat
Origin: His father was a gang leader who had the same powers. Kayode was much stronger so he was trained from a very young age to use them to there full potential. He was eventually given his fathers near indestructable katana to make his abilities even more powerful. at the age of 14 his father was taken hostage by another gang. although he never loved or was loved by his father he had to rescue him, he arrived to late but killed every gangster there and came to the relasation; all criminals must be eliminated he then took up the name Umbra and has been cleansing the world of evil sense.
