I understand that in Sims 2 you could download different skins, but what about Sims 3? I would really like to find a Ghoul skin (Fallout 3) but I'm not completely sure you can download skins.

You can download skins like you download every other custom content on the game. Find the skin you want, extract it, and voil! If you need more help, send me a message smile
