Numeros Name: Issac Jinks Age: 29 Height: 6'2" Appearence:  Zanpakuto:  Zanpakuto name: The bloody dragon Special Abilities: [i}When he cuts him self purposly he gains control of the elements fire and air. Every attack there after has a blast of fire and wind. Release Form: (Kinda like shikai) The zangpakuto is split into three put through intense reshi and thrusts at its enemies faster than the speed of light Release Form 1: If the the firsrt attack is blocked a flash appears, temparily blinding the enemy. Release Form 2: If close to death, he may cut himself a second time and all the energy put into each of the attacks before is regained.

Your character needs a bit closer looking at.
First is your speaking of Chi... sorry but Chi is not really mentioned in Bleach, only reiatsu, and Reshi.
Now is this "Special Abilities" location of yours, what you put there makes me think you are a bit confused about what this means. The special abilities is something that each person has that they can do. Such as control an element, like in the show, the Captain of squad 10 controls ice.
His special abilities are that of controlling ice.
Other people have different control abilities, like Ichigo shoots out waves of energy out of his sword, some shoot fire, some kind of ash, Sakura Petals as sharp as blades, or just something that is like an attack.
This does not mean during a special occasion you gain some super form.
Now the close to death thing and the sword fusing with you, that is another thing you have confused about the arrancar.
When they are in their humanoid form, that is when they have their sword, which the sword being there is like the sealed form of their power. The release form usually, and if you look at just about any Arrancar to Espada in the series, once they transform, generally they don't have a sword anymore, because the sword is now apart of them once again.
To go into further explanation, the Arrancar seal alot of their power into a sword in which appears at their hip, or just about where ever on their body, thus giving them a much more human appearance with that bone part somewhere on their face or body. When going into release form, the sword then vanishes as they turn back into a more hollow looking form in which they gain alot of power, unlocking their abilities even more.
So change up what you have to make a little more sense to bleach, and the arrancar race.
