Mission 1 "Tyranny"
╚════════════════╝ Attention, Squad 2 Members...It's your captain speaking.
We have a mission, and I think it's imperative to react as soon as possible.
This man is Hiragizawa Dai, the heir of a multinational company, Hiragizawa Co, back in the world of the living. They produce what it seems to be mechanical parts for cars, weapons, and such. It would seem like a normal human factory, but it is just a fachade for what it's really happening.
This guy has a bit of power, which makes him able to see spirits. Because of this, he was able to make some sort of pact with a ryoka shinigami, Kurosawa Yamato...
...former member of the Gotei 13...a soldier who, after a few months serving his squad, didn't seem to fulfill his own wishes inside Seireitei.
Dai-san is looking a way to develop some kind of incentive to make his workers to work harder. But, thanks to Kurosawa, it turned out to be more of a massive weapon, to supress the workers to a point that they shall be named slaves. Even to reach the final punishment...death. This could affect the balance of soul flow through Rukongai district, giving us more hollow problems.
A few days earlier, we got information about their whereabouts. In a small factory nearby Karakura Town. Our spies found out, that that small part of the city is infested with lower kind hollows.
Now, our mission, is infiltrate the main quarters of this man's factory, kill the ryoka, with the less amount of fatalities, in the less time possible. And we'll have to do some mind clean up, with the owner, so he can't be able to continue to this madness.

╚══════════════╝  A new mission had arrived for Squad 2 only. The client has asked specifically for the Stealth and Assassination group, because they needed a swift end to their problems. The form was lying in the Captain's desk, inside a yellow folder of the same size, along many other books. Kai got inside her office as usual that afternoon, ready to deal with that tedious paperwork she did every free night. The girl walked towards her desk and, before sitting down, she grabbed that folder, reading its content. When she was finally done, she closed it again, and walked outside, calling everyone in the squad for an emergency meeting. Kai walked inside the meeting room; a wide room with little pillows, incense, and candles. it was also used for her meditation training; a great way to develop other's reiatsu reading and analysis. The girl sat on the pillow that was almost at the other end of the room, waiting for everyone else, so she could explain the details for the next mission. Eiji walked inside of the meeting room, looking like his normal nervous self with his hands in the pockets of his uniform, his head down, and being quiet. He looked around and noticed that only his captain was there, making him slightly more nervous. Eiji was a very strange person, in any normal situation he seemed to be completely nervous, about anything, but if things got really serious, he'd suddenly grow dark, and, if in extreme cases, he tastes blood, he'll suddenly become berserk, blood thirsty and out of control.
Looking around he found his favorite place to sit, a place where he could observe everyone in the room and the entrance, all while still being able to be spotted himself. As he sat down he gave his captain a silent nod of acknowledgment, then proceeded to to look at the door, waiting for everyone. In his nervous state he wasn't the biggest talker ever.

╚══════════════╝ The captain just watched as Eiji, another member of thse squad, got inside. Kai wasn't much of a talker, only if it was really necesary to talk. It was really uncomfortable to talk about something, but the subject runs out...and an awkward silence reigns the room. So she just welcomed him nodding back, with a slight smile on her face. She was wearing her modified uniform; sleeveless top, a hakama that was more of a dress, some boots and her also modified captain haori, which looked more like some rag cloth. The girl believed that everyone deserved the same amount of respect and consideration, so the little pillows were arranged in a way that they formed a circular pattern, leaving everyone, including herself, at the same level. The incense was so sweet, but soft, scented the room with a soothing aroma. As they waited for everyone else, Kai thought conveniently that, for matter of saving time, she would began doing something. She grabbed a black folder from a little pile she had next to her, and quickly slid it towards Eiji, for him to read it, and get information about the mission. "Nice to finally meet you. Eiji-san. I haven't been able to get to know you properly..." she just muttered as she looked outside. It was a very calmed night. At least within Seireitei. Eiji, although a nervous wreck, was a very very traditional person, especially with titles. He gave her a half bow, then on his way up he spoke.
"It's my pleasure Taicho-sama, I've been looking forward to meeting with you."
After saying his greeting, he awaited her to speak back to him, he could be a bit annoying with his old way of respect combined with his nervousness, making him unwilling to not only backtalk to anyone, even of lower rank, but to also never spoke unless specifically stated that he could speak freely, or if he was answering a question. And if it was a question, he merely responded to the perimeter of the question, and said nothing more.

╚══════════════╝ Kai smiled as she heard Eiji's words. But she detected that he was nervous, what made her nervous as well. The girl found curious how respectful he was. She was used to it, because the girl was taught to be like that as well. It wasn't awkward, nevertheless, along those past few months, she had gotten used to the camaraderie between the other captains. But Kai decided to respect the respectful manners of Eiji..."Yeah, me too...I've been so busy and confused these days that I haven't had the time to meet everyone. One of the reasons I called for this meeting..." the girl explained, smiling softly. She decided to wait for some others to begin the explanation. Eiji nodded in agreement, although he was the Lieutenant of the squad, he truthfully hadn't really gotten to meet anyone at all. After a bit Eiji shifted uncomfortably in his seat. He was naturally nervous, but by sitting there, waiting for everyone to show up, it caused him to get slightly more nervous, and he didn't even know why. He just figured it was his impatience being shown in nervousness. He looked at his captain and gave her a faint smile.
"T-taicho-sama..." Eiji stammered, "if I may suggest, can we somehow go out and get the others ourselves?"

╚══════════════╝ "Yes, you're probably right..." the girl muttered...As I said before, she hated unpunctual people. And, by being really responsible and impatient, she would tend to get mad and punish them. Nevertheless, that was their first meeting, and mission together as a squad, with Kai as their captain. The girl sighed lowly as she stood up, with the help of her hands, pulling herself up..."Shall we??" she asked Eiji, who was rather nervous..."Relax, I won't kill you or anything..." the kid smiled softly. That smile had a cold touch to it, reflecting her past life, filled with terror, pain, and such.
She walked to the door, opening, and she waited for the boy to pass through...the girl thought of sending hell butterflies to the members, or going directly to their rooms and wake the heck out of them. Eiji laughed softly at her comment of not killing him, releasing some of his nervousness. He stood up with her, seeing that she was preparing to leave, but as soon as she opened the door for him he froze, looking as if he would take another step he would die. He stood there for a few seconds, took a deep breath, and walked through the door trying to not look at his captain at all. To him, holding a door for someone should only be done to someone higher rank than oneself, showing respect for higher ups, not to show respect for ones of lower rank. Although it went against almost everything that he had been raised with, he knew that he shouldn't squabble with her about who should open to door for whom.
As he walked out, he saw no one, at all. He sighed at this disappointment. He was truly looking forward to meeting everyone, and truthfully, he didn't like being left alone with just one person, it usually made him more nervous, especially if that person was female. He had huge confident issues around girls, considering his nervous state.

╚══════════════╝ Kai stopped walking suddenly as soon as she saw the squad grounds, desolate, not a single soul. Her gray eyes scanned from left to right, as she was reading, detecting any trace of reiatsu particles from her soldiers. She was getting more annoyed, by the minute, but her face reflected such calm. Not Tazakemi, or Yasumi who came by her office, reporting for duty a few days earlier. They would probably get some kind of...punishment...torture or something, if they didn't come back...Kai just held the back of her head, sighing. While she was wondering all that pain she would cause, the girl felt the reiatsu of her Lieutenant, rising and lowering erratically. Eiji was still nervous.. ."Eiji-kun..." she began.. ."calm down...I told you I wouldn't harm you..." she said, this time with a warm smile... "not the same destiny for everyone else..." she concluded, muttering in a cold voice. In that same instant, a cold breeze crossed by the grounds, fitting with the mood of the captain... Eiji nodded at his captain, settling down a bit, but not by much. He was though a bit curious as to where everyone was. If they weren't at the meeting place then they should of been at the barracks or at the training grounds, but both were empty. It was confusing him, so, being as weird as he was, Eiji just sat down exactly where he was standing, Indian style, putting his left elbow on his leg and resting his chin upon his left fist. The nervousness that usually came with Eiji was gone, instead, he now showed pure concentration, however, that concentration was put towards contemplating where the rest of his squad could be. Not very productive, but at least he wasn't nervous for now.

Yasumi Okeru Yasuragi...
Approaching the meeting room, Yasumi kept her composure, focusing on the task ahead. A mission... about time we got one. She couldn't help but smile at the thought.
There's just something about missions that makes her all giddy and excited, even though they'll be dealing with something dangerous. She sighed as she faced the door, and felt a bit deflated. She suddenly remembered she was late, very late. I'm so dead. she thought, cringing at the thought of the captain's eyes looking at her, though more like looking into her soul. Grabbing the doorknob, she turned it, and to her dismay, it creaked, announcing her presence. Crap... she muttered. She took a few steps entering, her head facing the floor. Hello, captain-san. She muttered and bowed, sensing the captain's presence, as well as some other unknown character. My apologies for being terribly late. she still kept her head low, being careful not to look at the captain.
