A thread with a list of all the devs that have left this year
I dont keep up with devs much, I'm not much of an avid stalker of them, same with artists. But there are alot of good ones who have left now.
Fleep, the guy who was apart of marketing for the longest, and also the guy to rant to in the SF should something piss us off. He was always there for the users. One of the few that spent all his extra time in there talking to them and just being -fun-.
Jenzee, an artist, she did the femere's guard. I cant recall anything else she made off hand, but we all know the art department is short handed as it is.
biglanky14, the massively tall dude that appeared in the safety marshal vids, was one of the guys that would actually take time out of their dev schedule to help normal users when mods weren't around. Also played on the softball team.
Flajeu, not someone I really ever heard of before, but according to the thread, main flash programmer for zOMG, and a few other things too.
Thoughts?

Omg Fleep is gone!?
I can almost hear a chorus of angels while I type this.
So apparently they treat their staff as badly as their users, then? Or do they just want to cut their payroll to make more money?

So apparently they treat their staff as badly as their users, then? Or do they just want to cut their payroll to make more money? Which begs the question...did they LEAVE, or get booted? Though either way, it doesn't reflect well on the situation.

I read the whole zOMG team was reassigned recently, and it was small to begin with. No wonder the updates for it are so slow...
If Gaia is losing staff like this, that doesn't bode well for new features...
