It was almost nine o'clock. The night was pretty dark, considering that there was a full moon right above Seireitei. After a long day working in her office, Kai decided to go out, and take a couple of hours to relax and forget about work. Everyone needed some time like that, dead or alive. She walked outside her office and turned right, towards the restaurant within her squad. On the outside, it looked like a traditional japanese bar, with papyrus wall, and a railed door, but in the inside was totally different. The main room led to the restaurant, traditional Japanese style, but the bar was dark, sober, a rundown bar, some say. It seemed like some sort of lounge, with candles on the little tables, and comfy dark couches. A faint hazel light, placed behind the couches, enlightened the room, giving it a more melancholic mood. the music was some sort of heavy metal, but it wasn't too loud, so people could chat if they wanted to.
Kai walked straight to the bar, and leaned against the counter, The bartender, dressed in a tuxedo, like a butler, bowed softly..."Give me a glass of red wine, if you please..." the captain said, with her usual cold voice. the bartender nodded respectfully and, before going for her drink, he led Kai to the furthest corner of the room, her favorite spot. Kai sat down and waited for her wine. The guy came back a minute later with a bottle of wine, placed in a bucket with ice, and a glass. He poured the reddish liquid, and gave it to the girl, who smiled slightly. She began drinking her wine, enjoying the taste and the feeling of it through her throat.

Yasumi enters the restaurant, and wore a subtle purple one-sleeve dress for the occasion. As much as she told herself she wasn't into this, she couldn't help but feel rather glamorous. She saw the lieutenant at a booth and she slightly bowed her head at him, as a sign of respect. She went up to the bar, since she was in need of some alcohol, and was surprised to see the captain. Good evening captain-san. She muttered, bowing her head and silently sat on the seat. Vodka Tonic, please. she told the bartender.

As Eiji just sat there for minutes without saying anything, his cold glass of water slowly turning lukewarm. Finally, out of nowhere, Eiji stood up, looking as if he just found out the last digit to pi, and yelled out the words: "AHA!!!! The cow must of been a Shinigami in disguise!!!!"

Obviously no one knew this, but before Eiji had came into the bar he was overheard a children's rhyme, the one where the cow had jumped over the moon. That one line, with the cow jumping over the moon and confused Eiji severely because he had taken it too literally. The silverware moving was easily explainable, because he thought they were just possessed by some weird hollows, but the cow, well that was just wrecking his brain.

Eiji had now just realized where he was and the fact that his captain and a member of his squad was in the bar with him, and he suddenly turned bright red, hoping that for some reason both of them didn't hear his sudden exclamation.

Eiji tried his best to remain calm, however, he quickly retreated back into his normal extremely nervous self.

"T-taicho everything is ok....I mean, the cows, they...no no...fine, everything is just f-fine..." Eiji stammered quickly, most of his words slurring out of embarrassment, making it sound as if most of the words was just one big huge word. Eiji couldn't remember the last time something like this had happened to him, making him find himself more embarrassed about something than he thought he could be.
