I'm not sure if it's something I want to do professionally, but I really enjoy it, how would I go about continuing the classes because:
I can only take them when the trainers wife is leading them, which is who knows when, I was riding her 16hh Paint Gelding, which the trainer saw me do, but the height scares me a bit, then I rode the barn owners 14hh Stallion when he and the trainer were away and was so confortable and actually had alot of fun, now the trainer lets people who can't ride very well do the class but doesn't want me to unless I use my own horses. And even then not really. I don't know if he just doesn't like me or my horses (or the ones I want to use) are not Quarter Horses? The only one I could use is my Walker, and my Paint mare is not broke is all but she is the one I want to break and use for cutting, but not if he won't let me join the class, my little filly isn't big enough to ride (to me) yet, so..
What should I do? :

I think you might need to up front ask your trainer why. Be honest and ask.

Im thinking the same thing. But it's better if you do use a quarter horse, that's what they are for, but I find a walker can be just as useful. Just talk to your trainer and see what he says, but it's ok to want to use your own horse. Cutting is really fun, and I enjoy it.

From my experience cutting horses are trained. But still ask your trainer, Better to find out early in the class

sounds like he prefers you use your own horses to me. however yours are not trained for cutting. So talk to a trainer or buy a new horse?
