★★ FULL TIME COLORIST BENEFITS ★★
1) Each colorist gets two breeding slots they can choose to do with as they please. Breeding slots will have a set price that all staff must abide by.
2) Each colorist gets FIVE SLOTS A MONTH to do with as they please. They can be used in pet trades, sold off in non-shop sponsored auctions, accept bribes, or give away as gifts. If you do not use them all for one month they do not carry over to the next month.
3) Any auctions that you host you will keep all of the funds. However, if you are doing a non-shop sponsored auction and it reaches a certain amount (undecided) you will be required to create a non-edited adult Capracan and to raffle it off in a newbies only, one-slot-per-person raffle.
4) Any capracans you make for a shop sponsored flat sale the funds will go to the mule and at the end of each month the funds will go into a pot that will go to a lucky quester.
5) Any raffle you do you will keep all of the funds, unless a raffle generates 100K+ in funding, in which case 10% of that will go back to the shop's lottery fund.
6) You can create your own Capracan. If you wish to make a cosplay you have to talk to me first.
★★ TEMPLATE ARTIST ★★
.. We're looking for a template artist, specifically to mimic the shading already seen on Capracans for other projects. You will be hired on to do this work whenever it becomes available and we can set the terms of payment upon discussion.
