you should really try to keep General uniforms a bit less pricey. Quite honestly just requiring the new starter military uniforms are a good start. Then you can make a list of "usable" battle gear that is standard issue so that people can make themselves look better, and more "black ops worthy" as they progress through gaia in general. Makes it easier on you and the members as a whole.
just a suggestion though : /
