I suppose Death Note is dark
also Dokuhime and Kurobara Alice...

Elfen Lied, as well
at least i consider those dark and good, especially dokuhime and kurobara alice

I consider dark and weird the following anime: kuroshitsuji, elfen lied, hellsing, ergo proxy, pet shop of horrors, vampire princess myiu? and maybe hell king enma (or something on the lines)...
And as of manga: Uzumaki, Gyo, Doubt, Godchild ad maybe Korobara Alice and D.Gray-man.

9-blue seed
10-Ghost in the shell
