It's almost Christmas! You wouldn't believe how psyched I am about this; even so, I've decided to pass on a little Christmas joy to you guys. heart
There's gonna be a couple contests, and the winner of each will get-- buhn duuuuhn! A prize!
We're gonna see how well I can run this...it's my first event. But if I don't do it now, when will I, right? biggrin

CONTESTS 1) Poetry Contest
It's simple: write a poem. It can be funny, sad, happy, or just overall weird. Just make sure it's not too long, (use common sense for length!) and relate it to a winter holiday of one flavor or another. 3nodding

This one shouldn't be too hard to figure out either. Make an avatar that's-again- related to a wintery festivity. Doesn't really have to be a holiday, but it's more likely to win if it's something I can see.

Again, so simple. Tell me a story about something that happened during the holidays one year. It can be real or fake, after all, how am I going to know the difference? xD (Even if you talk about going to the North Pole to see Santa, I can't PROVE you didn't really do it ;D ) Keep it relatively short.
