The experimental science facility was created to improve our standard of living, explore the wonders of the universe, and to create gruesome killing machines for our Helghan soldiers. It was located on a far distant planet known as Xar Prime. The temperatures were cold and dry and wildlife was scarse. It was a barren wasteland. Perfect for dangerous experiments and testing.
I am the chief scientist, Jack Garret, of this facility. I walked into the brightly lit room and tread soundlessly and with purpose over the smooth hard white floor. Almost everything was white in this room. I sat down in my small white swivel chair and took out a capsule from my white cotton coat of science. I fiddled with the tiny capsule as i awaited my fellow scientist and helghans to join me.

I looked up and saw by my side Joker, I presumed he was the body guard that was assigned to me to keep a brilliant mind, such as mine, safe from harm. I placed the capsule on his desk.
"This capsule here is just the latest in weapons technology. I've created a gene that will rewrite some of our soldiers DNA and create them into super soldiers. The procedures in creating this chemical was horrendous but my efforts prevailed and, well, look... this gene here will promise us victory in most of our battles from now on. The are still a little bugs i have to fix but I'll look into that later."
I reached for my daily stress relief pills and popped some in my mouth, took a glass of water and swallowed. But something was wrong. The container that usually contained my pills was different feeling. Wait. I just picked up the capsule didn't ********."

I understood the dangers of the pill, the gene, for i had created it. It gave me strength and I would not feel pain. If my arm was chopped off i wouldn't care. I would also have heightened vision and hearing and also speed. But on the dark side my brain would start deteriorating and I would suddenly have a strange hunger for human flesh. I would know. I've tested the gene on many prisoners of war. They all soon became mindless zombies.
I felt my consciousness slowly fading away. There was one subject whose immune system who had beaten the zombification and became the ultimate killing machine, but he had disappeared. I shouted "RUN, GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!" and died. The last thing I remembered before i faded into the beyond was my corpse becoming undead, and biting one of my fellow scientist colleges...

As I saw Jack, it came to me that I had a pure-barcron epi pen that might save him from death......or ultimately inplode his internal organs. I said to the Major that came in I told him "Quickly!, restrain him!, This Epi pen might save him!"as I shot him with the pen.I remember something while I was in medical clinic.It was the same type of pen they gave me when I got hit with a chemical bomb.Then back to reality.I saw a color change to his eyes from blue to white.The capsule + Epi pen, He had perfected the serum to himself and it worked!

The Major quickly drew his revolver. He was about to activate the intercom in Jack's officer, when the lights went out. "Damn!" he said, as he tripped over a chair. "Don't hold your breath waiting for the backup generators. They malfunctioned earlier this morning and need repairs. Normally my engineers could have this fixed quickly but now the elevators have no power." as he was getting up, he thought out loud "How did the main power supply go out in the first place?"

"There is an exit in 3rd floor in the basement but we should go to the armory in the 2nd floor. And how do I know this? I hacked the main computer looked for an escape out BEFORE the power went out" then I put my nightvision on and took out a shotgun and said "lets get the hell out of here."
